 RehabMoney.com is privately owned by Jay Lovett. RehabMoney and its sister company have been providing "hard money" for residential real estate since 1993. In 1995 we developed programs to assist real estate investors in funding their projects. We noticed that we were regularly involved with investors that were in financial trouble and the repeated scenario was lack of capital.
Our focus is residential properties throughout the Greater Chicagoland area including Southeast Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana. We fund single-family homes, condominiums, and multi unit buildings up to 4 flats. We are involved daily with property acquisition and rehab projects.
